1. Return Period

Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

 

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our customer service at sales@comfypet.shop or +60 11-1671 1671. Provide your order number, details of the item(s), and the reason for the return.

Our team will provide instructions for the return process.

 

3. Shipping Costs

In line with Malaysian consumer law, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

4. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specific number of days.

 

5. Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
